Benson's Lawn and Landscaping is looking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and appearance of lawns and outdoor spaces. This role includes tasks such as mowing, trimming, aerating, seeding and, power raking. This role should be proficient in using various lawn care equipment and tools, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently. This position requires experience in lawn care, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high quality results for clients. Valid driver's license is required.

Skills/Requirements:
MUST have a valid driver's license
Landscape/Lawn Experience
Ability to perform physical labor
Knowledge of landscape and mowing tools and equipment
Typical start time: 8 A.M
Typical end time: 5 P.M
Pay frequency: weekly on Tuesdays

Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend and walk for long periods of time
- Enthusiasm to work hard, prompt arrival to work, show ambition and take pride in work
- Maintain a professional appearance, respect customers and team members
- Must have transportation to arrive at business location
Duties:
- Operate various types of mowing and trimming equipment
- Properly operate and maintain equipment on a daily basis
- Assist with aeration, dethatching, seeding and landscape installation (grass, shrubs, bushes etc)
- Work as a team with entire crew
- Provide customer service to existing and potential customers
Hours/Compensation:
- Season typically runs from beginning/mid April to mid-November
- Off season work with snow removal is available with this position
- Compensation states at $18-$23 per hour DOE
