Position: Social Media Associate
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Position Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00/hr. After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus.
Overview:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Associate! This role will involve managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms, engaging with our audience, and contributing to the overall social strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand goals
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging
- Help manage paid social campaigns and assist in reporting on performance metrics
- Be able to design monthly ads and write copy for them
- Support in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns and promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts (either personal or professional)
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for staying on top of social media trends and digital marketing
