Job Description
We are seeking a talented Preconstruction Services Coordinator for our growing team at Bensonwood located in Walpole NH. Your role will primarily be focused on our Unity Homes offering, which specializes in designing and constructing energy-efficient homes using sustainable materials and modern technology.
Position Summary
The Preconstruction Services Coordinator supports our clients as a representative and point of contact by working in conjunction with members of our Sales, Design, and Project Management teams. Your coordination with these teams will ensure that the services throughout this process are successfully fulfilled, and it will further require your flexible assistance with a variety of Sales, Design, and Project Management responsibilities. This position is primarily office-based, with the option of occasional remote work.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in writing construction contracts
- Generate material takeoffs from plans, and assist in estimating
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures
Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience and/or coursework in residential high-performance construction
- Some knowledge of interior design selection being helpful
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with, or interest in learning, CAD programs
