Job Responsibilities
- Assist in development of work procedures, PM’s and LOTO.
- Participate in plant 5S and Lean manufacturing programs as well as any and all continuous improvement activities.
- Practice “Root Cause Analysis” to determine solutions to problematic process issues.
- Be an active safety advocate.
- Follow all company rules and policies.
- Coordinate effective repairs and maintenance on equipment utilizing SAP.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
- Assign daily maintenance activities.
- Provide hands on assistance as needed for maintenance personnel and contractors.
- Assist in planning and coordinating weekly and yearly outages.
