Position Overview:
As the Office Manager at Credit Now Auto Sales, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team’s growth initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing office activities, managing customer interactions, and assisting with the financial and operational aspects of the dealership. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service both in-person and over the phone. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support throughout the car-buying process.
- Administrative Support: Manage office schedules, maintain records, assist with filing, and ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting procedures.
- Financial Tasks: Process payments, track accounts, and assist with invoicing and billing. Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper processing of sales and financing paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Provide administrative support as needed to help achieve team goals.
- Inventory Management: Assist with vehicle inventory tracking and updating, ensuring the dealership has accurate information on available vehicles.
- Other Duties: Assist with special projects, marketing efforts, and other tasks as needed in the dealership’s growth process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and experience with dealership management software is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to contribute to the growth of Credit Now Auto Sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office management or related fields is a plus.
