Atlanta Showroom Assistant - Part Time
Part-Time Clerical Support
Salary Range: $18.00 (USD) Hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday up to 20 hours per week
The Showroom Assistant will support and assist the Bentley Atlanta Showroom Manager and Southern Region sales team with various tasks as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administrative support, maintain sample inventory and stock sample shelves, receive and unload packages, fulfill daily sample order shipment packages, greet guests and offer assistance. Additional administrative responsibilities will include working in Bentley's CRM System (Salesforce.Com) to support sales team members on project registration, quoting and contact management updating. Bentley will provide training in Salesforce.Com.
Requirements: Strong interest in working in a fast paced business environment in the commercial interiors industry, strong verbal and communication skills, detail oriented, highly organized and have the ability to multi task, energetic and enthusiastic to learn, experience in Microsoft office programs. Responsibilities will include lifting packages/samples of up to 10-20 lbs.
Physical Requirements To Perform Essential Job Duties
Frequent: Manual dexterity, sit, speak, stand, lift up to 20 lbs. and walk.

Bentley Mills reserves the right to pay outside of the given range based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: candidate skills and experience, complexity of the job, budgetary factors, and local/geography. Bentley Mills conducts regular reviews of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
