The Customer Service Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Care department. This role is primarily focused on behind-the-scenes tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and processing paperwork. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Perform accurate and timely filing of customer service documents and records
- Prepare, sort, and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
- Organize and archive past records for easy retrieval
- Process internal forms and requisitions as needed
- Support customer service team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
