Essential Job Duties

The Customer Service Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Care department. This role is primarily focused on behind-the-scenes tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and processing paperwork. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Perform accurate and timely filing of customer service documents and records
  • Prepare, sort, and maintain physical and digital files
  • Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
  • Organize and archive past records for easy retrieval
  • Process internal forms and requisitions as needed
  • Support customer service team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Experience Or Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working with office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • No phone work required; this is a non-customer-facing role

Physical Requirements To Perform Essential Job Duties

Frequent: Handle, hear manual dexterity, sit, speak, stand, and walk.
