We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and skilled Assembly Line Production Worker to join our production team. This position plays a critical role in the efficient assembly of pontoon boats and related components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety guidelines to produce top-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the pontoon boat manufacturing process.
- Utilize checklists and training materials to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow established procedures and directives from managers to maintain production efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance overall quality and productivity.
- Continuously learn and adapt to quality control processes to improve manufacturing outcomes.
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement to optimize quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Physical Requirements:
