Assembly Line Production Worker

Job Summary: Bentley Pontoons is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, durable pontoons. We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and skilled Assembly Line Production Worker to join our production team. This position plays a critical role in the efficient assembly of pontoon boats and related components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety guidelines to produce top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the pontoon boat manufacturing process.
• Utilize checklists and training materials to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow established procedures and directives from managers to maintain production efficiency.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the production team to enhance overall quality and productivity.
• Continuously learn and adapt to quality control processes to improve manufacturing outcomes.
• Identify and suggest areas for improvement to optimize quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy materials and components.
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Work in various environmental conditions (e.g., temperature variations, noise).
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle small components and tools.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8-hour shift
• Some mandatory overtime may be required on short or no notice. This may include weekends.
