Purpose: Provide office support services for a casual, yet fast-paced, diversified office environment. Must be cool under pressure and comfortable interacting with the Gaming and Hospitality Industries.
Requirements:
· Experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
· Microsoft Office/Outlook Advanced proficiency required
· Superior skills in spelling, grammar, composition, proofreading, and editing
Qualifications:
· First-rate phone manner and experience with a busy multi-line phone system.
· Exceptional memory with retention for names and their spellings.
· Fast and accurate typing.
· Accuracy in extensive database entry and maintenance.
· Extremely organized.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and produce accurate results for multiple projects.
· Experience with the Hospitality or Gaming industries is a plus.
· Attention to detail
Duties:
· Provide professional office support for multi-business office which includes executive search services for the hospitality and gaming industries.
· Extensive phone answering and call routing.
· Input, maintain, and file candidate resumes and information.
· Produce and maintain extensive email correspondence.
· Assist with internet research, travel, and meeting arrangements.
· Review and reformat resumes and applications with utmost confidentiality.
· Report directly to the Pres/CEO.
