THE POSITION

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and represent today's premier and hottest luxury automotive brands! The primary role of this position is to meet and greet walk in clients, receive incoming phone calls, as well as answer basic inquiries and take messages. The ideal candidate must have an energetic, enthusiastic and an outgoing personality.

The Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

· Meet and greet customers in a professional manner

· Take thorough messages

· Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires

· Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

· Answer telephone calls

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Excellent verbal communication

· Must conduct themselves in a professional manner and present a professional appearance

· Ability to work well with customers and the team
