Bentley Truck Services (NE Philadelphia) considers this a day shift position from Monday-Friday, you will not be asked to work nights or weekends

What we need?
- Someone with Mechanical Aptitude with some history of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Keen eye to detail, need to have ability to follow detailed instructions. No skipping steps or short cuts.
- Excellent attendance history.
- Someone who follows safety protocol for the protection of themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
- Initiative to follow through with repairs and assigned training.
- Computer skills to be able to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs made as well as parts used.
- Ability to improve efficiency as you get used to the assignments provided.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of parts used.
- Document work performed.
- Wear personal protective equipment as required.
- Perform repairs when approved by management team.
- Work in a safe manner using Lock out Tag Out procedures when appropriate.
- Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, by following company checklists.
- Typical repairs / maintenance will be Oil and Filter changes, tire repair / replacement, brakes, lights, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience preferred
- Must own basic mechanic tools to bring on first day of employment
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- PA state inspection license preferred, or willingness to obtain
- CDL preferred
