- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Collaborate with management to assign tasks to technicians.
- Participate in manufacturing training to obtain certifications.
- Ensure staff works safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Provide input on technician development.
- Perform repairs as needed.
- Mentor technicians to enhance their development.
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience.
- Refrigeration unit experience a plus.
- CDL B or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
- State Inspection License, a plus.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
