FOOD PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

- Rhode Island Food Factory - 263 Jenckes Hill Rd, Lincoln, Rhode Island 02865 | Shift start : 5 : 00am.
Responsibilities
The role of the Food Production Team Leader is to assist the Production Supervisor and Production Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the factory.
Maintain food supplies and calculate ingredients needed from the fridge and conduct daily production recordAssign duties to production teammatesEnsure the production areas are cleaned and ready for use at all timeCheck food quality according to the Bento’s standardsTake corrective record according to product’s qualityCoach teammates on all operating standards including food safety and quality controlQualifications
Minimum high school diplomaYou thrive in a highly repetitive task environmentAble to work in a refrigerated, cold climate (10°ree;C working climate, 4°ree;C for walk in refrigerator and -18°ree;C for walk in freezer)Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb) where required and stand for extended periodsFlexible to work various shifts and weekendsAbility to lead and direct a teamBasic computer knowledgeBasic English communication skillsBasic knowledge in mathematicsWhy you should join our team :
