Select Sales is a manufacturer’s representative firm who is seeking an Ecommerce Account Strategist for in-person work to join our growing Walmart team. This role collaborates with the team, our clients, and Walmart partners to build the best plan to optimize and drive the overall business through the implementation of digital strategies.
What You’ll Do:
· Serve as the primary contact for clients using or launching on Walmart Marketplace and Walmart.com
· Lead reoccurring client engagements and drive strategy discussions; support client with planning and development of strategies.
· Build strong client relationships and manage day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
· Analyze data to derive insights and initiate and execute actions to align with client objectives; provide routine reporting to clients.
· Collaborate with advertising team to support and strategize on advertising investment on Walmart Connect.
· Monitor key metrics to track the success of the strategic initiatives and overall business performance.
· Collaborate with various cross-functional Select Sales/Vertical Rail/BMI partners to share success and learnings across channels.
· Drive best in class Content Scores for our clients,
· Continuous education on all things Walmart Marketplace

Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
· Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Walmart Marketplace or Walmart.com.
· Experience working in Retail Link and with other Walmart’s systems. As well as an understanding on the logistics side of Walmart including where product should sit to ensure success for clients.
· Deep knowledge of the eCommerce and omni-channel retail landscape.
· Strong Analytical skills
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong ability to create rapport with clients.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
