We are currently interviewing for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This position includes answering and directing client calls, answering web inquiries and emails, maintain and coordinate team schedules, organize client data and on-boarding process as well as additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be highly organized. The hours will require in-person office hours Monday – Friday with a virtual option on certain days of the week.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks with a calm professional manner
