Job Title: Senior MSBI Developer With Azure Stack

Job Location: Irving, TX ( Locals only, Has to attend F2F for final round of interview with end client)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: Negotiable

Experience : 16 years (Extensive hands on --- business interaction)- (14 Years also works)
Client expectation: Should be Individual contributor with good in coding also (Client expectation)

Must Have BI Solution Development:
1. Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions, utilizing the full Microsoft BI Stack.
2. Develop and implement BI solutions with a focus on data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
ETL Processes with SSIS:
1. Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading.
2. Ensure the integration of data from diverse sources into the BI ecosystem.
Reporting and Visualization:
1. Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI, ensuring they meet end-user needs.
2. Create visually appealing and insightful reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
SSAS and SSRS Expertise:
1. Utilize SSAS for multidimensional and tabular data modeling.
2. Develop and maintain SSRS reports for operational and business reporting needs.
Performance Tuning and Optimization:
1. Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
2. Implement best practices for indexing, partitioning, and query optimization, including NoSQL-specific optimizations.
Collaboration and Documentation:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements.
2. Document BI solutions, data models, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Data Modeling:
1. Design and maintain data models to support business reporting and analytics needs.
2. Implement best practices in data modeling for scalability and flexibility, including NoSQL data modeling.
Azure Integration:
1. Leverage Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration of ETL processes.
2. Implement and manage data pipelines in Azure to support BI initiatives, integrating NoSQL data sources.
Nice to Have
NoSQL Database Expertise:
Design, implement, and optimize high-performance NoSQL databases, particularly Cosmos DB
Ensure seamless integration of NoSQL data into the BI ecosystem.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer, with expertise in the Microsoft Azure Stack.
knowledge and expertise in ADF, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB (or any other NoSQL DB), BLOB Storage.
Experience in SSAS, SQL Server, Power BI, SSRS, DAX Queries, DWH is added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
