Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Systems Administrator to join our IT team at Benvic Trinity, 600 Oak Street, West Unity, OH 43570. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems. The Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's technology needs.

Duties

Manage and maintain Windows Servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 administration
Upgrading, installing and configuring software and hardware.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity through effective disaster recovery plans.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Qualifications

2 or more years of experience as an IT Administrator, Windows Certification and or related college education.

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT support.

Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and practices.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
