As an Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our team by utilizing your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. On average, our starting agents earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, with top performers reaching over $150,000.

What You’ll Do:
- Client Consultation: Guide clients as they explore options for life, health, and disability insurance.
- Strategic Planning: Work with clients to create customized solutions that meet their immediate and long-term needs.
- Ongoing Support: Deliver policies, follow up with clients, and ensure their needs are continuously met.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends through ongoing education and networking.
