Job Title: Hardscape Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Hardscape Team Member to join our growing outdoor living construction company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and constructing hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, and outdoor living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and installation of various hardscape features including stone, pavers, fire features, outdoor kitchens, etc...
• Properly measure, cut, and lay materials with precision to create aesthetically pleasing and durable surfaces.
• Prepare and maintain the job site, ensuring all materials and equipment are readily available and organized.
• Operate construction equipment such as skid loaders, excavators, and other machinery safely and efficiently. preferred but not required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hardscaping or outdoor construction is preferred but not required.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
