What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Technician - German Vehicles position at Benz Tech?
Best German auto repair shop in Michiana is hiring. We are know as the go-to when your German car needs fixed. We offer solutions beyond the dealer and have been in business since 2009.
We are looking for a solid, reliable and honest "A" skilled technician. Prefer experience on any/all: Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, BMW & Sprinter. Need to have strong diagnostic capabilities & the ability to "think oustide of the box" We offer a family friendly environment, so you must be mature and looking to grow in your career as a technician.
We are all ex-dealer techs and know the good/bad with dealership life. We strive to change the status quo of the dealer and try to do what is best for the customer as well as us. We don't have to spend hours doing warranty procedures, recalls & other poor paying dealer work that you have to recover from. Being we are independent means that we are not beholden to the factory only parts supply chain, procedures, etc and allow us to offer customer better options which mean they BUY!
We don’t like chaos because it costs us and our techs money. We strive to make everything as efficient as possible. We have standard operating procedures in place to make sure everyone is on the same page and not waiting forever for parts, on same page with recommendations, etc. You must be willing to "buy in" so that we are all rowing the same direction. 1 bad attitude that is a contrarian can ruin the culture of an entire shop & we are not interested in that. This is a flat rate position so your ultimate pay is based off of your performance. Pay rate is negotiable with your experience & performance.
