Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of our dealership's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, finance, and service management, with a track record of improving dealership performance and delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability, increasing sales, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations across sales, finance, and service departments. Ensure all departments function seamlessly and are aligned with the dealership's goals.
- Financial Performance : Monitor and analyze dealership financials, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency. Develop strategies to improve sales and maximize gross profits.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy : Create and implement strategies to increase vehicle sales, enhance brand reputation, and attract new customers. Work closely with marketing teams to drive local and digital marketing initiatives.
- Customer Experience : Champion a customer-first culture that promotes high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure a positive experience for every visitor.
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor staff across departments. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for team development, engagement, and retention.
