Principal Duties and Responsiblities : Receive customer orders and prepare al
1 supporting paperwork. Maintain customer pricing files, general ledger and all accounts receivable functions. Schedule trucks for transportation of outgoing products and check product deliveries. Prepare all mont! end closing reports. Proficient in working with numbers. Proof reading of documents and printed materials. Maintain files in a neat and orderly manner for easy retrieval of information. Assuring compliance witl safety, quality and sanitation programs.
Education : High School Diploma
Experience : Two plus years of relevant work experience.
