- Oversee bonding and lamination processes to ensure product quality.
- Train and supervise team members on bonding techniques and equipment use.
- Conduct regular inspections of bonding equipment and processes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for bonding-related issues.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of bonding/lamination processes.
- Leadership and team management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with bonding or lamination equipment.
- Knowledge of process optimization techniques (e.g., DOE, SPC).
- Frequent standing and walking on the production floor.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field required.
- Training in bonding or lamination techniques.
