Job Description:
Seeking highly skilled Instructor Trainer II to support in delivering advanced training on data governance tools. This role is crucial in supporting the Office of Data Governance (ODG) and IT teams to standardize business and technical metadata documentation across programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing technical training curricula while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for data governance tools supporting metadata library implementation.
- Draft clear and concise training materials, communications, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of metadata processes.
- Conduct change management initiatives to facilitate agency-wide adoption of governance tools.
- Provide regular briefings and reports for executive leadership and various audiences.
Required:
- 5 years of experience designing and delivering technical training for non-technical staff.
- 5 years of experience working directly with business/program teams to implement technical solutions and change management.
- 5 years of experience preparing verbal and written reports for executive leadership.
- 5 years of experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments.
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience with Informatica data governance tools (Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, Informatica Data Quality).
- 2 years of experience in public health program areas or data management.
- 2 years of experience with e-learning platforms and web-based training tools.
