Job Description
BEPC seeks a CAPPS Business Improvement Analyst to support improvements in the CAPPS financial system configuration. This position will assist lead analysts in identifying efficient use cases to optimize processes, reduce staff workload, improve reporting accuracy, and minimize system maintenance.
The role involves working closely with cross-divisional executives, directors, and stakeholders as directed by the CFO to evaluate and improve CAPPS business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate functional and technical resources for collaborative projects.
- Assist in reengineering processes to enhance the efficiency of the CAPPS Financial system.
- Work with business customers to gather system requirements for process improvements and report development.
- Provide input to project management on the estimated effort required for customer-requested activities.
- Prepare detailed documentation to support process improvements and system modifications.
- Conduct full testing and configuration activities as required.
- Design, test, and build queries to support business process improvements.
- Validate "All Activity Query" logic to ensure accuracy and completeness.
