About the Company : We are seeking a skilled Industrial Oven and Heat Treatment Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ovens, heat treatment processes, curing, and incineration in an industrial setting. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by precisely controlling heat treatment processes.
About the Role : Education and Training :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational training or an associate degree in maintenance, electrical systems, or a related field preferred.
Completion of apprenticeship programs for both electrical and mechanical systems beneficial.
Responsibilities : Technical Skills :
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing various machinery and electrical systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques to ensure equipment reliability.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various machining equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Knowledge of machining processes, including cutting, drilling, milling, and turning.
Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Familiarity with CAD / CAM software for programming CNC machines is a plus.
Required Skills : Electrical Skills :
Familiarity with electrical systems, components, and equipment.
Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and machinery.
Understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Preferred Skills : Mechanical Skills :
Proficiency in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission systems.
Knowledge of machining processes and equipment operation.
