Our company is seeking an entry-level MES Engineer to serve as a technical expert in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related technologies. The role involves providing support, troubleshooting, and configuring MES software to enhance operational efficiency across various business units.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and implement MES solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans using tools such as Siemens, Camstar, and other software.
- Provide support for MES software administration and configuration.
- Analyze and understand standard manufacturing processes
- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to associates on MES projects
- Track product processes and manage related data.
- Add and delete users in the MES systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plant floor MES execution and business system integration issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute qualification test plans to ensure all MES configurations meet required standards.
- Implement production tech transfer requirements into automation and IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the MES implementation lifecycle to optimize workflows and processes.
- Contribute to the development of MES best practices and reporting tools for operational analysis and production enhancements.
- Provide ongoing field support for MES issues and ensure system reliability and efficiency.
