BEPC is searching for the right person who can handle the role as a Plant Manager.
This is a full time onsite position, Located in San Angelo, Texas. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in expanding this facility. The operation must ensure quality, safety and operational excellence. The facility will turn into a leading manufacturer of network cables, connectors, and accessories that support cell towers and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling and work orders.
- Lead plant maintenance and equipment calibration in collaboration with the Production Line and Mechanical Engineer Managers.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Maintain accurate digital records and inventory documentation.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals.
- Implement strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee engagement.
