BEPC Inc. is searching for a Principal Systems Engineer in Phoenix, AZ.
CONTRACT W2: 6 – month contract with possible extensions.
PAY AND BENEFITS: $66.00 – 70.00/hr. medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
1st Shift: M – F 8am – 430pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, estimate, baseline, and execute complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration projects.
• Work with aircraft OEMs, customers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Utilize program management, EVMS, Cost Account Management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering skills.
Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of experience in engine design, turbofan or fan module design, engine module lead, and aircraft integration or aircraft/propulsion engine certification and testing.
• Strong program management skills and experience with EVMS, Cost Account Management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Experience working with aircraft OEMs and other key stakeholders.
• Local to the Phoenix, Arizona area or willing to relocate within very short timeframe.
Salary : $66 - $70
