6am – 2:30pm Tuesday - Saturday
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Environmental Cleaning Specialist to join our team at a leading medical devices company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all production areas, equipment, and facilities to meet regulatory standards and ensure the safety of our products. The role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, conducting inspections, and following stringent protocols to prevent contamination and uphold quality standards.
Duties:
· Clean and disinfect production areas, equipment, and common spaces according to established procedures.· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.· Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inspections.· Monitor and report any potential risks or hazards related to cleanliness and safety.· Work closely with quality control and production teams to ensure a sterile environment.· Follow and assist in the development of cleaning schedules and maintenance plans.· May include mixing chemical solutions/solvents to clean necessary work areas.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.· Previous experience in environmental cleaning, preferably in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.).· Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
