You will play a play a pivotal role in expanding this facility while ensuring quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling and work orders.
- Lead plant maintenance and equipment calibration in collaboration with the Production Line and Mechanical Engineer Managers.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Maintain accurate digital records and inventory documentation.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals.
- Implement strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plant or production management within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in motivating and developing teams.
- Expertise in process improvement, inventory management, and workplace optimization.
- Familiarity with equipment calibration, plant maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Contract Details
- Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000/year, plus performance bonuses.
