Pay Rate: $21.28/hour (Includes 15% shift differential)
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-month contract with potential to convert to full-time employee based on business need, budget approval, and performance

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and committed Production Associates for a critical overnight shift role in our Londonderry, NH facility. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, who are looking for a long-term position with room to grow.

The role primarily involves packing boxes, labeling, and palletizing finished product, and supporting the manufacturing operation by ensuring materials are properly handled, tracked, and stored.

This position does not require prior manufacturing experience—full training will be provided.

Note: Candidates with college degrees may be considered overqualified for this role and may not be selected due to long-term retention goals.

Minimum Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment functions and operate according to documented procedures
• Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process and component inventories
• Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, as necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures
• Ensure materials and product lots are correctly segregated and labeled
• Accurately package and palletize products
• Accept full accountability for product quality and packaging accuracy
• Report unresolved problems to a supervisor or management
• Exhibit consistent progress in learning new processes and procedures
• Follow work instructions and supervisor guidance at all times

Additional Information

• Stand for the duration of the shift
• No operation of production equipment required; support of line only
• No contact with hazardous materials or chemicals
• No forklift or power jack use required
• Must lift, move, or carry products weighing up to 20 lbs
• Work is performed in a closed production environment
• Personal protective equipment provided: gloves, safety glasses, and hair nets
• Candidate must provide their own steel-toe or composite-toe shoes/boots
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required
• Prior manufacturing experience is not required—comprehensive training is provided
