Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires a proactive individual who is well-versed in HR practices and can effectively manage employee relations, benefits administration, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA regulations.
- Manage the HRIS system for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruitment processes and utilizing tools such as Taleo.
- Assist in succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Collaborate with management on contract negotiations and employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable.
- Experience in benefits administration and knowledge of FMLA regulations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
