Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, friendly barista to join the team at Bequest Coffee Co. Someone who knows their way around a La Marzocco, can steam silky milk, and isn’t afraid to lead with a smile. If you’ve got strong coffee chops and a people-first attitude, we want to meet you.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dial in espresso and maintain consistent shot quality throughout the day
- Steam milk to proper texture and temperature
- Accurately build and serve coffee and tea beverages to Bequest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café areas
- Provide genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Participate in opening and/or closing duties as assigned
- Restock, prep, and communicate inventory needs as necessary
- Uphold health, safety, and food handling standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow crew members

Qualifications
- Proven barista experience with a strong background in coffee preparation and service
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management and sales skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.76 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week
