LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Greet visitors, applicants, and employees with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

- Answer, screen, and maintain a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, including sorting and distribution.
- Make copies, send and distribute scans, and assist with document organization.
- Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is adequately stocked.
- Support various administrative projects as assigned by management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and breakroom areas.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings and events, including scheduling and material preparation.
- Organize and maintain the company file room, ensuring records are up to date and properly stored.
- Assist in general office maintenance and administrative duties as needed.

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
