What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aftermarket Sales Assistant position at Berco of America, Inc.?
At Berco, we produce mission critical undercarriages for mining, construction, forestry and agriculture machinery. Together with our customers, we create long lasting solutions by combining know-how in design, forging, heat treatment, machining and assembling. We provide undercarriage components to OEMs(Original Equipment Manufacturers) for the first fit of the machines as well as the service parts to OEMs and to the independent Aftermarket.
Your responsibilitiesBerco of America, Inc. seeks a Aftermarket Sales Assistant in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Major areas of responsibility include:
- Coordinate the sales process from quotation to parts delivery while provide outstanding, high-quality, reliable service to North American customers
- Develop and track operational sales activities
- Receive and process sales orders.
- Manage and analysis of sales orders from creation to completion.
- Report sales KPI on a weekly basis to aftermarket sales community.
- Monitor delivery performance to the customer
- Provide sales projections based on customer requirements and material availabilities.
- Assist warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure deliveries are done in a timely manner.
- Assist in annual budgeting and planning process.
- Coordinate activities with other departments (Production, Shipping, Quality, and Accounting)
- Other responsibilities and projects as specified.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or closely related field of study, or equivalent experience preferred. Must have 2 years of work experience in sales and/or supply chain of logistics in manufacturing environment. Experience with After Market parts applications preferred.
