We provide undercarriage components to OEMs(Original Equipment Manufacturers) for the first fit of the machines as well as the service parts to OEMs and to the independent Aftermarket.
Your responsibilities
Berco of America, Inc. seeks a Senior Demand Planner in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Duties : Perform capacity analyses and loading configurations based upon finite capacity guidance, and ensure proper coordination of all logistics processes and procedures; analyze production scheduling, to encompass daily, monthly, and annual demand, and monitor tracking of incoming deliveries of supplies and raw materials from suppliers, and communicate potential delays; monitor suppliers performance and suppliers delivery accuracy as compared to previously proposed plan; conduct inventory analyses, including developing projections and controls and provide sales projections; train local staff in use and application of planning tools, and provide SAP users specialized support relative to SAP-specific transactions and processes; review and refine processes to adapt to demand changes, increase efficiency, and eliminate waste; develop KPIs, monitor results, identify deviations, and present action plans; analyze demand forecast and ensure real-time adjustments in procurement plan based on demand change and resource availability; and conduct inventory analysis, projection, and control.
Your profile
Requirements : Associate's degree in supply chain or Logistics Management, Logistics Technology, Technologist, or closely related field of study, or foreign equivalent degree. 2 years of work experience in a production planning, demand planning, or logistics position in the automotive or construction industry, or in a closely related role. Must have 2 years of work experience in each of the following : providing supply plans and aligning customer expectations for short and long term requirements; working in Excel, including pivot tables, vlook up, hlook up, xlookup formulas, sum if, and sum ifs; and using SAP-based ERP system and the SAP Production Planning Module to analyze the available stock and inventory, procurement plan, customer due dates, and equipment capacity.
