Duties: Receive files for properties in default process. Review and monitor credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts. Obtain required information from credit organizations, banks and loan associations. Maintain records on credit risks, delinquent accounts and incomplete files. Send follow-up letters. Accept payment on certain accounts. Responsible for analysing mortgagors financial position to determine eligibility for options to foreclosure. Provide an objective and meaningful analysis which will allow management to make well informed decisions. Negotiate with mortgagors, real estate agents, attorneys and other vendors to mitigate losses to the company. Counsel mortgagors towards foreclosure avoidance. Must document all actions thoroughly and completely.
