We are looking for HR Representative
Location: Athens, TX
Payrate: $35-$40 depending on the experience. pay to contractor.

At least 5 years of experience but 5-10 years preferred.
100% onsite
6 mo. duration with possible extension Contract/Temporary only
Work schedule:
They could chose either 7:30 am to 4 pm or 8 am – 4:30 pm Tuesday Thursday and Friday but they do need to work
2 pm to 10:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
No travel required
Face to face interviews, possible 2nd round
For the interviews, Wednesdays and Thursdays morning will work best for me.

Position Summary
• The HR Generalist works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on
supporting the HR processes including employee relations, attendance, engagement,
and recruiting • This role will support a Distribution Center in Athens, TX - supportingthe employee experience is a critical piece of the role. Roles & Responsibilities •Provide employee relations support to leadership team and answer HR related questions • Ensure consistency in disciplinary action process and documentation •Immediately escalate and conduct all employee relations investigations • Drive engagement and incentive programs to improve overall employee experience •Bachelor's degree • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in employee relations/investigations; 3-5 years preferred • Supply-chain, manufacturing, or distribution/warehouse experience • Passion for employee relations and engagement
