Summary:
The McCracken Strategy Lead is responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance and improvement of the McCracken Strategy loan accounting platform.
By engaging directly with business users, at all levels within the organization, this role ensures that McCracken Strategy continues to meet the needs of the Loan Servicing Department and integrates seamlessly with other digital platforms for efficient and effective processing.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring that the McCracken Strategy platform remains a robust and effective tool for the Loan Servicing Department.
Major Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison with Bellwether's loan servicing system vendor, McCracken, to manage and maintain the McCracken Strategy system.
Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer and their staff to oversee and maintain the overall technology architecture supporting the Servicing Department.
Research and execute necessary updates, enhancements, and platform upgrades to ensure the continual effectiveness of the McCracken Strategy platform.
Work with all Servicing Department teams and offices to develop efficiencies in daily workload processes within the McCracken Strategy platform.
Maintain and expand the library in McCracken Strategy to meet the needs of the Servicing department.
Over the first 6-9 months, participate and lead various technical and functional aspects of BWE’s conversion from Real Synergy to McCracken Strategy.
Minimum Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of the technical and functional aspects of McCracken Strategy Loan Servicing System; minimum of 5 years.
Experience with DB2, Snaplogic, Microsoft Power Automate or similar technologies. Any experience with Salesforce is a plus. This role is a mix of hands-on technology development, project and vendor management and business analysis.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Windows Office software (specifically Excel).
Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
Detailed knowledge of commercial loan servicing; minimum of 5 years.
