We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating delicious and visually appealing cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies
- Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a cash register or POS system is an asset
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and beverage trends is desirable
