About the Role :
As the pioneering member of the Customer Operations & Support team, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer service approach. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will enjoy the creative freedom to establish foundational practices for customer engagement - incorporating AI to innovate our customer support responses.
In this role you will :
- Address customer inquiries with a unique mix of enthusiasm, curiosity, and empathy, celebrating both minor and major successes in customer interactions.
- Stay attuned to customer feedback and platform issues, relaying valuable insights to our product and engineering teams.
- Develop processes that will facilitate the growth of our Customer Support function.
