Parts Retail Counterperson

Job Description: Bell Ford in North Phoenix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Retail Counter to join our dynamic team. If you're hardworking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service, we want you to apply!

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday with every other Saturday

As a Parts Retail Counter , you will be responsible for selling parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or via phone. You must have a professional appearance and a positive attitude to ensure great experience for our high-end clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Handle phone calls, providing price quotes and necessary information.
• Effectively explain technical information to the general public.
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and order parts as needed.
• Work some Saturdays as required.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to explain technical parts and services to customers.
• Strong organizational skills with a good eye for detail.
• A clean driving record is a must.
• Stable work history with excellent references.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred, but not required.
• Accessory knowledge and experience with internet sales is a plus.
• Must be able to multitask, solve problems, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
