Service Advisor

Job Summary: Bell Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! The right candidate will have automotive service advisor experience at a domestic dealership. The day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control.

Compensation: $4,300 - $4,800 average monthly (commission only plus bonuses)

Hours: full time 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday a month 7am -5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage service appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers regarding service needs and repairs.
• Advise customers on service and repair recommendations.
• Accurately write service orders and follow-up with technicians on vehicle status.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform other related duties as required to support the service department.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive service and repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Superb customer service skills, with attention to detail.
• Reynolds and Reynolds computer software experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pre-Hire Requirements:

• Valid AZ driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
