Responsibilities :
- Contacting and communicating with clients and vendors
- Attract and engage new clients
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
- Designing / formatting print and digital materials for internal and external distribution
- Assisting the in-house Videographer / Production Specialist with filming content, editing, and delivering quality creative video assets for publication to all types of media including TV, digital marketing, social media, and website content
- Developing and managing contact and email lists
- Assisting at tradeshows and firm-related events
- Providing administrative support to the marketing department, as needed
