Position Overview :
The Program Director oversees all aspects of program development, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with business, state, and federal guidelines. The Program Director collaborates closely with provider partners and stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Developing program goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Program Design and Development : Creating program curriculum, structure, and delivery methods.
- Staff Management : Hiring, training, and supervising program staff.
- Budget Oversight : Managing program finances, including allocating resources and monitoring expenditures.
- Implementation and Execution : Overseeing the delivery of program activities and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Performance Evaluation : Monitoring program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments.
