Type: Full Time
Minimum Experience: 1-3 years in financial analytics, operational analytics, or business.
About the role:
- Collaborate with executive team members on reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting activities specific to multifamily operations.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to improve financial and operational outcomes.
- Develop, track, and report on multifamily specific operational and financial metrics and KPIs.
- Enhance reporting capabilities through automated tools like Domo or PowerBI dashboards.
- Prepare monthly financial and operational presentations for stakeholders, including insights into market specific performance.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation, measuring actual performance against multifamily goals.
- Conduct ongoing research into local and national real estate markets to assess trends, risks, and opportunities impacting multifamily operations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and operational data across all reporting systems.
- Assist with various ad hoc strategic and operational projects within the organization.
- Ensuring the successful execution of all company operations policies and procedures.
- Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.
