Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team in St. Paul, MN!

Responsibilities for our Inside Sales Representatives include but are not limited to:

• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing clients by phone/virtually;
• Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of Berger services and our pricing structure;
• Determines customer needs and propose appropriate services;
• Provides price quotes for local/long distance moving services and storage;
• Clearly and accurately communicates the customers’ needs and expectations to the Move Coordinators and Operations teams;
• Provides timely follow up with potential customers and office staff;
• Focuses on the retention and growth of business for Berger Transfer and Storage
• Other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);
• Previous sales experience at a customer service level (preferred);
• Previous experience in residential moving (preferred);
• Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent follow up skills are essential;
• Must be a team player;
• Strong presentation, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills;
• Able to work in a fast paced team sales environment with minimal supervision;
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
