Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Chicago, IL! The Dispatcher manages a fleet of approximately 20 owner operators and crew ensuring on-time service and maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities for our Dispatchers include but are not limited to :
- Set schedules to maximize capacity and customer satisfaction;
- Hire and train local crew and contractors;
- Review local contractor profitability;
- Monitor equipment condition and maintenance;
- Maintain "Excellent" customer service quality rating;
- Other duties as assigned by management.
