We are looking for a Midwestern US Sales Director to complete our sales leadership team. You will be responsible for the business development of the region and the leadership of your five sales team members located in Midwest USA.

You are responsible for planning the activities related to your department annual cycle and ensure that they run smoothly. Qualifications
- You hold a degree in horticulture, in agriculture or any other relevant training;
- You are a manager with 10 years of leadership experience in the field;
- You are available to travel on a regular basis within North America;
- You possess knowledge of floriculture and specialty ag markets is preferred.

- Location : Midwest preferred, but open to areas with quick access to the territory covered
- Language : Fluent in English
- Area of responsibility : Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota.
